I had an amazing stay in the Superior King Room Non-Smoking! The shower water pressure was a dream, and I loved the fancy LED lighting. Plus, the AC was super strong, and the WiFi was perfect for my late-night scrolling. Totally worth every penny!

The room was comfortable and I loved the cozy fireplace on a chilly evening. They had a nice outdoor pool area and a great lounge perfect for unwinding. However, the shower head had a couple of lights that didn’t work, but it didn't ruin my stay 😊.

my stay at crystal inn downtown was great! it was the cleanest hotel i've ever been in. the standard queen room with two queen beds was spacious. the front desk staff were super nice, especially when i called for extra towels before my surgery. highly recommend it!
